I am a Central Government employee (Group A) working in the Geological Survey of India(GSI).However, I appeared for GATE 2015 and got selected for the ONGC interview by intimating the office. For the interview I requested for NOC and appeared for the ONGC interview in anticipation of the reply for NOC. I got a letter from GSI days after the interview that I have been denied of the NOC. Now that I am waiting for the ONGC result and I have submitted an undertaking that I would submit my NOC before the joining, what should I do now?
