Dear Sir - I had purchased the property in 1995 from my father friend. While purchasing he had told us, the property EAST side is bounded by Road. The same is mentioned in the sale deed as well. There is clause he will rectify if any issues in the sale.
Now I am trying to construct a house...the CMC officials are saying EAST side of my property belongs to them. There is no road to my property.
When I approached the seller now, He is saying he can't help now.
can you please guide me what are the options available for me?
