No refund of cancellation of booking flat.

My name is Gyan Shekhar. I have booked flat (Unit No. L2-0502) in Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna through Investors clinic on 21 June 2016. and I have given 03 cheques. 02 are in favour of Amrapali Adarsh awas yojna (Rs.1,00,000/- and rs. 1,85,000/-) and 01 cheque in the name of Investors clinic of Rs.12,650/-. At the time of booking the agent of investors clinic had said the project has the approval of noida authority. He has send the prospectus and whats app me about this. But Now I have learnt that the project has no approval of authority. Now I want to cancel my booking. But Amrapali is saying that there will be no return of amount in case of cancellation of booking. I don't know the clauses. Now what can I do to get my money back.

You have posted that:

If it is not approaved then you have avlid reason to agitate and claim refund.
