No objection for passport renewal

Dear Experts,

I've 498a & 406 filed against me and family. My earlier passport expired in year 2014 and I got it renewed last year after obtaining a NOC from trial court. It has been renewed for one year till July 2017. My current employment is contingent upon having a valid passport and that's why I'm planning to renew it again.

I've referred to gazette issued by government of India regarding re-issuance and renewal of passport (Ministry of External Affairs Notification No. GSR 570 (E), dated August 25, 1993) and it says that the passport can be "further" renewed one year at a time if the applicant hasn't travelled abroad for the period sanctioned by the court and provided further that, in the meantime, the order of the court is not canceled or modified.

My question is: - Do I need to obtain a new NOC from the trial court to get my passport renewed again? In my opinion, it is not required due to aforementioned reasons but need your expert opinions for confirmation.

Thanks

CC
