No acknowledgement of receipt

Divorce petition is sent by wife from Gujarat to uttar Pradesh on the passport address of the husband. The acknowledgement from court whether received or refused not received. Then court ordered to send it again by RPAD post department. The online status shows that it is delivered bit husband manipulated with post office and now that entry is also delivered from post about delivery. The acknowledgement of post has been received and nothing specific remark about received or refused or wrong address or any thing is not mentioned. We know that the husband is lingering the case by manipulating it. What to do now as it is already 6 months passed in this... Now the court saying to send it by RPAD again. I know again he will manipulate it and will keep on lingering now... Guide me what to do now to quickly move further. I don't want it to linger this any more..
