Respected Members Good Morning, I have a query that father was in Coma for past four months, my father's brother had encroached in to my father's property and putting illegal construction , whether (i can) son can file civil suit against the father's brother on behalf of his (my)father to stop the illegal construction. kindly advise me on the above issue thankyou

If your father has legitimate rights over the said property, and in possession of documents to ratify the same. yes, you can go ahead and you can file and represent him in civil suit stating his health conditions.
