is thr any new rulling passed on 8.8.14(friday) by honble SC on 138 ni act ???PLZ TELL ME ITS URGENT

SC has passed a judgement on 1/8/14 on jurisdiction point saying that the place where the bank of the accused is located is the place for filing the complaint. I don't know of any judgement on the 8th August.
