In my uncle plot their neighbour have knowling occupied land around 50 sq yards and constructed a three stori building also,later we came to know after that we have measured the plot he have occupied around 50 sq yards ,when we ask him produce his land documnets to check his area he isnt showing because he wanted did it ,with help of some local influence and political contacts he is not disclosing his orginal documents abt his area,so wat can be done to recover property loss and any legal action against such idiots.They should be punished severely as they do not have any moral values.
