Hi,
I am being troubled a lot my neighbors who stay above my flat, that means above my floor. They have grown up younsters who keep on jumping in thir house. Which creates a lot of disturbance in my house as I stay below their flat. Also, they laugh loadly at 1.30 am at night and make noises. Is there any law to stop them making such disturbance? I need this help because the jumpinjg noise really increases my heart beat and gets my head ache. It feels that someone is jumping on my head.
I would really want to take some serious action against them, needing some guidance.
