Need the procedurs to produce personal docs in court:

I have some phone numbers records and mails need to produce in the court. I came to know that I have to get it affidavite before producing it in the court. Can any one please help me by telling the procedure.

I need to get the voice conversation in my phone for last one year How can I get them if any one know that information please let me know.

You will have to file an application to produce the doucment.  You contact your advocate he will do it.
