Need suggestions on land act

Hello, My Grandfather is paying vighuti (tax to be paid for land each year) for the land of their father's before ganot act. (Not originally bought buy them but the person put it as mortgage and acquire money instead.). So we are able to get them back. Kindly give the best suggestions to get them back or to add our names in the farmers list. Thanks, Shiv
