Need section for rejection of maintanance under dv act

	Hi, My wife filed dvc on me under which she is asking for maintanace. 1. she worked earlier 2.currently she employed. 3. she has flat on her name and getting monthly rental.                                                                                  Request you to provide me the sub section under Domestic Voleince where the maintanance can be denied based on the above 3 bullet points.
