sir, i am looking for an advocate in chennai for filing a partition suit to claim a share of my family property that is located in north chennai. all our efforts to mediate this within the family,for the last 7 years, have drained out...so,considering the legal approach.
please let me know on what are the parameters i should consider before picking a lawyer for the above type of case. I really need a senior advocate that is well versed on the above cases and not just someone who is into property/real estate cases.my experience dealing with couple of lawyers in the city so far was not great but I do still believe that there should be a good number of lawyers but i need help in identifying them..
