Need law details on below topic : requesting to please help

Hi ,

We are three children . Actually on my mothers name one land is there . My mother have given that land to my sister with out informing to my brother and me . Is there any possibility that we can claim that land on court .

Ok say my grand father owns property and it came to my father does my sister have right on this property ?

On your grand father's property.... Which is subsequently your father's property..... Your sister has equal rights on that as you and your brother has....... However your sister can relinquish such right if she wishes to do so with her free will
