I got selected in central government for a gazzeted post. Presently working in psu. in year 2012 i have been arrested in a false case for Peta 3,4,5 and 7 by police when I am taking dinner at hotel. Police just take me with them to record statement but they falsely put above charges. I was released on bail within 48 hrs. Case is pending in jmfc from last 5-6 years. case is regd against 10 person but only 2-3 person including me goes on court date. my company asked about explanation which I have submitted in which I have given statement that as only trial is going on as I am not convicted by the court of law I will be treated as innocent. For whic my company has given clean cheat till case.
as now I get selected for new post . I have already given details of case in attestation form.Kindly give me information weather this will affect on police verification.
