Need help for register case against wrong treatment

iam a handicapped having no right hand. I was harassed by the postal higher level. He foisted a false case in 2006.iam deemed suspended from 09-09-2006to02-08_2008 .after a war suspension revoked join duty from 03-08-2008.on 30-06-2015 iam permitted superannuation retirement. they refuse to pay my retirement benefits. on 06.03.2018. judicial magistrate release me in honorary acqutal. copy submit to department.
