Need help-employer issue

Hi Sir,

I work in software having 12 years experience.

My employer is harashing me to work from 10AM in morning to 12 PM ther by 14+ hours.My onsite manager is sheduling meeting at 10.30 PM and pressuring me work in night.He is not giving timelines for work and asking to complete immediately

Work life balance is totally spoiled and I am having sleeping problems.

Query:Is there any indian law where I can say to employer that is illegal to pressure me to work and arrange meetings in sleeping timmings.

Do you have any irrefutable record/evidence of asking to work after regular work hours e.g; 10 am to say 6.30pm on each day , on off days etc ?

 

If yes in what for m do you have such evidence; say emails from official email id?

What is this establishment; Commercial, Industrial?

What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?

How many persons are employed in it?

What is your designation and nature of duties?

How many persons report to you?

Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?

You are in which state? Since how many months you are working? Are you under probation period or your service is confirmed in writing?

Does offer/appointment letter/contract of employment state that notice pay in lieu of notice period is not accepted?

Which is fixed pay day? It is mentioned that you can work OT and OT shall be paid?

Has salary slip been issued and supplied? Is OT included in IT?

What is monthly salary?

 

Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?

 

Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you?

Does the establishment have its appraisal system? Do you have copy of signed appraisal forms, matrix, KRA’s, performance date? How was your performance?

Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?

Has the establishment issued/supplied, offer letter, appointment letter, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, ……………?

Thanks for email.I have many emails for calender invite of asking to attend call at 10.30PM in night.

I do also have email of asking to commit code and go at 10.30 PM
