my sister running diverce case.. c is working in private company.. her husband married second marrige ..
we got proof of his second marriage..
c planned to file begamy.. but c is working women because of this c cannot claim maintainance..
but c spent more money for this case..
how claim allimany in present stage..
her husband enjoy his life with second wife,but c not able to move case further ,c need money to put begamy case..
