Need guidance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a problem regarding my Name. My name was A.SELVAMEENAKSHI@KASIRAJAN in all certificates and marksheet. While applying passport or any Govt ID i faced a lot with this name. Even i dont have my full name in any of my Govt IDs. Recently i got the news through my friend he said that its easy to change name in Gazatte at Tamilnadu Stationary Gazatte office. Now i have changed my name as A.SELVAM RAJAN, but i didnt know what i have to do hereonwards, how to make this name as my permanent name in all past documents and future also.

Please give me ideas.

You don't need to make the name change in alll the documents.you just need to attach a copy of the gazzet notification with the documents

WHY am I Bhgwan Dass?
At 2 Nov 2013 I have seen a dream a person (LOARD Vishnu) is saying you are HINDU not Muslim because Your GRAND Father mother were not Muslim
You should Chang your religion and leave your wife & children they r not yours
Go in any Temple in Hindu area of India for Conversion Muslim to Hindu
Under pundit supervision and marry with Hindu girl
HE has given me few Prediction–After few days Prediction be come True
I ve divorce my wife but leave there and sport them
I do Ganesh Krishna Pujaa . Secretly because in Islam and Pakistan change of religion prohibited
He (LOARD Vishnu) has come again in my dream and said; Well done now Go India for Conversion Muslim to Hindu under pundit supervision and marry with Hindu girl
please help me in the religion change and set me in Hindu area of India
I will stay in India as a HINDU for ever
Because
I want to change me Muslim to Hindu I will apply visa
(I can marry with any Hindu girl for religion change as per Vishnu instruction)
What should I do Can u help me
