Dear All,
Our Indian Penal Code very well defines the Theft of Movable property.
However theres no application of this concept to IMMOVABLE PROPERTY / LAND / FLAT/ APARTMENT, which is done by simply trespassing and wrongful restrain.Our Indian Penal Code very well defines the Theft of Movable property.
There is thus need for either a legislation like AP against land grabbing as per my understated mail OR a stringent provision in IPC.

The only state which has made law on prevention of land grabbing is AP right in 1982 [33 years past].
The statewide problem of this malice is humungous.
Therefore an anti property grabbing law can be brought in.
