The real estate person was purchased the agriculture land and saled as a plot. My father purchased one of the plot on 1989. During the registration, they corrected the direction part in the document (overwritte using type writter) and registered. After few years, my father got patta for that plot. Now he wants to give to me and we checked the EC. In the government record, the direction was mentioned wrong (due to overwittern proplem). What is the procedure to correct the direction part in the government record. Kindly help us.
