kindly clarify my doubt on my mother's dhaana pathiram land. it was given by maternal grandmother when my maternal uncle's son was minor, now it is grabbed by him (maternal uncle son) because he said dhaanam was given on his minor age.
land is changed in my mother's name long back but not yet splits by maternal grandmother and we are having documents for dhaana kream.
kindly let me know procedure / required steps to file the case for land grabbing
