Whats the actual meaning of Place last resided? Will it apply if we resided in my house for one or 2 weeks before separation?
i am from madurai and married in Chennai. My wife is from Chennai and our mariage was held in chennai and after marriage I moved to chennai and stayed in her house with her for 5 months. But before seperation, we came to my house at madurai and we resided in madurai for two weeks, then she left. I am still staying in madurai with my parents. My question is can I apply for divorce in Madurai?
