Need civil lawyer in aluva

Dear sir, 

My mother {house wife} gifted her property to my uncle and my uncle took home loan on the same property and paid cash to my mother.  Now she wants to pay back cash to my uncle but my uncle is denying to return the gift.  So tell my how can my mother or me can revoke the gift.  At time of gift my father was witness.  So kindly tell me how we can take back gifted property.  The property is situated in Darbhanga Bihar.
