Need advise about blog containt

i taken a stock market tip service from one person on fb

its 15 day trial service i paid him rs.3000/-

after 15 days i got no profit no loss

so i infom him about this but hi said "i have nothing to do it"

after that i write one blog contain screen shot of his tips and all saying its a fraud.

after few month he call me and said sorry and request to delete blog, so i deleted that blog

but in googel serch engine that blog still showing name of that blog but contain was deleted.

he demand that it should not there in google serch enghine also and hi warn me to file a police case

please guide what should i do

Once the contents are removed, I hope there is no problem for either side..
