I need help with respect to sale of bike I did to a buyer in Thane, Maharashtra, India. My bike is registered in Karnataka. Buyer agreed to buy my bike by paying cash of INR 11000 after two months. However, since buyer also from same company and location, we agreed on sale of bike on company's internal chat forum. Buyer requested to provide NOC of documents on her name. After arranging of NOC from karanataka to Thane, Maharashtra, Buyer rejected taking possession of bike and even paying any charges after expiry of 2 months. Cancellation of NOC through agent will cost me around INR 4000. I already paid INR 1200 in taking NOC. After we took case with HR of company, it has become personal and argumentative without any results. Please let me know if I can seek any legal help on this matter in Civil court.
