Need advice on forming a trust of soceity

Hello!, We belong to jain Community leaving in state of karnataka and we as an group need to Form an Soceity or trust to help our Community at large and also for the General Public. we intends to Build an private layout and bank also to help and pool funds from the State /Central Government Schemes, Since recently Jain Community had been Declared as Minority, We are of 14/18 members of age Group of below 30 years. What is the Advantage of Forming the Socity. 1. Is Soceity more valid than the Trust fo our Purpose. 2. With in the trust can we fullfill our Dream. 3.
