Need advice

 

hi all....

i request the experts to help on this ....

X' bought 6 acres of land through sale deed.....Y ( X- friend) bought the same land from X through GPA on her child's name ....simultaneously Y took money from her brother P  for the same land and Y gave the original sale deed of X and a fake agreement of sale to her brother .( its been more than 15 yrs now )....through this sale agreement P did a gift deed to his wife...interesting part is Y is a witness in this gift deed registration also....onething is clear that Y cheated her brother ....now Y children are bothering P as their GPA is valid and P sale agreement is fake..X & Y both died...who is the actual owner and what value does P or his children have on this property because last gift registration is on their name however their first sale agreement is invalid ....gift was done through validation procedure at sub registrar office .....
