hi,

i am starting a new educational business and in that i am going to sell an educational product which costs 1000 INR. for to get more attention from people i would like to introduce referrel program. if any one refers a new client to us, we will give him some comission from the sales generated by him. can someone legal advisor let me know, is this legal according to the indian law?
