I urgently need SC judgement to show ancestral flat jointly owned by husband, his brother and father-in-law can be claimed to reside under DV act. Please help me, my senior lawyers wants me to find one such judgement.
Can this flat be considered as shared household if the wife and her husband have visited and stayed in this flat for just 4-5 days in their entire married life?
