In Nego. Int. Act,138 Accused convicted by Trail court in Ex parte Order because accused and advocate both are not face whole trail after the filing of vakalatnama and plea record.
Now Accused challenge the lower court order and filed appeal in Session court .
1) Any judgment in favour of Accused from the Apex court?
2) which may contain a technical ground in favour of accused.?
3) And any other citation which may be feet in this said matter??
