Hi, I am looking for a solution to Physical assault n harrassment done/attempted to my parents by the neighbours.
I am not sure but I think this come under NC offences. Can someone help me about the correct way to take it further and safe-guard my parents.

just file a police complaint stating the facts against them.that will do
