Names in land records after the death of father

Hello Sir/Mam,

We have a land in the name of our father in Gautam buddha nagar, village patvari. Our father passed away last year without any will, and now we want the land to be in our name. We are 2 brothers and a sister. Could you please help me about the process and required fees in this matter.
