A sale deed for flat been reigistered, but hte name of person been typed in the original document twice
ex: saying N. Srinivasan s/o S.Nagarajan instead its typed in the document as N.Srinivasan S/o N.Srinivasan.
1. What is the drawback because of this error in the document?
2. What need to be done to make it right?
