Name correction

my sister's first name is laxmi middle name is surendra surname is ram 1)her 10th & 12th marksheet having name written as ram laxmi kumari surendra 2) her pan card & adhar card have names as laxmi surendra ram so please suggest how can i change her name in marksheet from ram laxmi kumari surendra to ram laxmi surendra

U need to make affidavit for name change before the competant authority.

first of all please tell me who is the competent authority while making affidavit

also please tell me entire process

simple way is make affidavit that name in marksheet and aadhar card is of same.person. otherwise you have to change the name in many places - say rationcard, school, college etc.

Hai , I'm from chennai.. my son is 3 months old .. his name mentioned as Jivin Y Austyn in birth certificate.. everything fine ... we want to move abroad .. but we couldn't use this name in passport.. it can be mentioned only jivin Austyn.. and the passport is ready with the name Jivin Austyn.. now we need to cut the Y from birth certificate.. What should I do.. can anyone please help
