I have all my ID proof in the name of SUPRIYA ASHA right from my childhood.but in my birth certificate the name is SUBRIYA.Now i have to apply for my passport.

when born after 1989 the birth certificate becomes compulsory. i have all the enclousers needed in tne name SUPRIYA ASHA.

FOR CHANGING THE NAME IN the birth certificate as supriya asha.what shall i do now.

Affirm and declare the actual name by an AFFIDAVIT before a Judicial Magistrate,then try to necessary change by filing the Affidavit and others certificate to the Concerned authority.
