My name is Kumar Gautam and I want to change it to "Gautam Garg" to add proper surname to my full name. I'm afraid that I may get issue on Visa, my owned property selling, justifying my educational docs with previous name.
Currently I'm owning
A flat in Pune(Home loan)
Passport , PAN card, MCA degree, voter card, driving license etc.
Ques1. Can some one advise if there is any identity justification issue in any case in future after name change.?
Ques 2. What are the mendatory docs that I need to update with new name.?
