1. Recently i have changed my name and planning to do my higher studies in abroad, Is it possible to change my name in Degree certificate, 3 years after the completion of the course?
2. How many times can a person change his/her name in the passport?

Changing the names cannot be done at one's whims and fancies, every time you change your name you have to adopt the same procedure as what you have done originally. However, the name cannot be changed in the educational certificates at this stage. You have to change your name as per the procedure and apply for change of name in the passport by observing the rules and other formalities envisaged in the passport rules.
