Name Correction on PAN card

Dear Counsel gentlemen,

My name has been wrongly entered on PAN card.

Kindly advise me the procedure to get it corrected.

Dear sir, please consult a local CA/ITP. or you can file application through online with necessary proofs.Your name will be changed correctly if you file correct proogs.

Log in to NSDL/UTI website,Click on PAN Correction, enter date online,pay fees online,take out the print copy, attach self attested copies of address proof,id proof and educational certificate towards proof of correct name and submit the same at designated receiving centre in your city against proper acknowledgement. You receive a SMS / message in your email id regarding receipt of application,status and despatch particulars in due course of time.

I request you to please submit CSF Pan correction form on online by you or in Pan service centre in UTIISL or NSDL.
It cost about 106rs And it takes about 1months for processing
