Na plots querry

Dear Sir,

Incidentally while searching on mahabhulekh website , we found names in online saath bara of my father,uncle and grand mother along with other 9 other co holders . For this 1 acre land NA Plotting was done .Area covered under these 9 plots is 2540m2,open space is 606 and for road is 800 m2. 8 out of nine plots are sold. there sizes are144,190,230,1069,285,256 and there total comes to about 2174 m2.Adding all these it comes to about it comes to 3580 m2.

My question Sir is whether the saath bara which we have in hand dated 9.3.17 in which our names are included under waras nond really have any share . ON saathbara area of plot is 2054 m2. OR IS IT JUST ONE PLOT OF 400 M2

If you have not released your share in the property, then you certainly have a right to claim your share. The mutation through which your name is deleted from 7/12 extract needs to be seen.

Dear Sir,

Luckily we found this 7/12on website .Till then we were totally unaware.My father has died in 1999 and my grandfather in 1982. This 1 acre land was purchased by my uncle+grandfather.our names are now in 7/12 inplace of my father .Also we tried to get sale deed of 8 nos plot which was purchased X Persin in year 1988 who he sold to Y IN 2004.In that sale deed for 11 person ,3 power of attorney were made .But my father's name is wrong .we are not sure wether our father signed or not.In that sale deed of 2004, we got map where there is 2174 m2 (8 plots sum) +open space 606 m2+ roads 808 m2.+ 366m2 (unsold where garage is present). My question how 2054 m2 of saath bara still exists in the name of these11 people and our names are included in 7/12 dated 9.3.17.Please guide.Thanks .Regards. hemant
