NON Bailable Warrant of Arrest

Dear Experts.
I want to know in preliminary hearing, if a Non Bailable Warrant of Arrest is issued for the non appearance of accused in the Court for hearing, who is being tried for offences under Section 325, 341and 34 of IPC (Bailable offences). Then should he file Bail application under Section 436 or 437 of CR.P.C.? Thank you.

The accused person has been already arrested. If you don't have (or don't know) any answer to my query then you better not write down anything just for the sake of showing off!!

Yes, I did. And not in just chargesheet, but also in NBWA, there is clear mention of section 34 as well as section 341 and 325. Now answer me my query (if you really are an expert), instead of trying to get away with it.
