Does anyone has the format of NOC, which can issued from the society committee members? If the second flat owner wants to sell a flat, what are the other things or documents requried beyond NOC? Does he require a posession from the Builder or Developer?
Kindly be clear in your query. NOC is issued by the Society (under the signature of Secretary, not the society member) before you want to transfer your flat and share in the society to any third party. What do you mean by second owner.
You could not have become member of the society before taking possession from the builder.
