Dear Friends,

Still the doubts on recent 'ESI NOTIFICATION' regarding the enhancement of celing limit from Rs.10,000/- to 15,000/- Is it effect from 1st April,2010 or not ? Please supply if the notification issued from ESIC.

Dear PBS Kumar,

So far NO notification in this regard has been issued. Hence, as on date - the limit remains Rs.10,000/- p.m.

Absolutly right, right now please consider as 10000/- limit. it will be confirm after the recived of notification.
