NARCO ANALYSIS??

I feel that it is an advancement of scientific investigation and that i why even Supreme Court has upheld such tests. It is to be seen that these tests only aid investigation process and are not conclusive in themselves.

well any advance ment which leads you to details which u cannot think of before without the help of that is certainly acceptable and the only question remains to the % of the correctness of such scientific means if that is 100% then i dont think that it should be un acceptable to anyone rather one would welcome such thing which can leads you to firm conclusion. however in case of narco analysis even scientist are not sure of its 100% results so where ever doubt remains law can never accept that as conclusive material to convict any one coz in law the principle is the same that an innocent person should not be punished at any cost.
