My wife is abstinent in dv case suggest me

My Wife filed DV Case against me at her native place in oct 2104 , i received summons on  DEc 2014 , i submitted my say before 1 month approx , few days back when i had gone through my case , i had found that my wife had submitted application about grant relief for her presence in court & her lawyer would be present in absence of her , also she seek for 23 interim maintenance ,but currently she is working & due to this reason ( but she is purposely not showing that she is working )she had asked for relief for her attendance how can or what action to be taken for objection & to make attend Compulsory court on Dates.

1) if she is working n income equal or than u she is disentitled 2),u must attend n defend case

Dear Querist Domestic Violence Case is like a civil case and personal presence is not mandatory, the parties may appear before court through their lawyer.
