My wife filed maintenance case under sec 125 crpc

Dear Experts She give fake Address proof (Her's father ration card- Previously her name was removed and added my ration card) and second petitioner is my son name was changed.But my son birth certificate is displayed SIvasekaran she gave the name Prasun. Is it any guidence

On escalation of the same, the petitioner may provide valid reason to validate the same, it is upto the court to take a final call, but these things will not vitiate her claim or trial. Try to disprove her claim for maintenance with sufficient documents.

Hi ramesh on this ground you could not stop her to file case its her right and she can use it and as per you say that she use fake ration card but its not matte rin case hope she use old ration card and which name she use in case her child tahts not very much effective in this case

if you think that than you plz need to collect some good evidence against her

other you pay her maintaince if she live seprate to you
