My wife file false complaint not filing the fir

Hi Experts,

My wife file a false complaint on me and not registered FIR. After that she want to come back, But i am not accepted. In the counselling also i told the same thing due to her lies in police station.After they called me and my family members to local politician home. I complained to police regarding this. Now they are silent. Now i want to file a divorce petition.Can i go a head or will it become any problem to me? Please suggest . I had one year old kid also

You can file divorce anytime but before filling it ,think about your kid future with a relax mind . you both after divorce can remarry but what about kid future? You will spoil your kid future with your hands. Step parents can never love as real one. After child your first priority should be your child. It's your responsibility as father. Better give one chance to your relationship for your child future .
