After my fathers death I filed an Affedivit with land registrar to change his name and add my and my brothers and sisters names on the title of the property. This is our principle home built by my grand father. While filing affadivit I made a mistake and added my ants names also who were married app 75 years ago. I came to know that my aunts has no rights on our principal home as they were married before 1950. Is it possible to take their names out from the title? What should I do? We all lives in foreighin countries and citizena of that country.
