my land occupied by some one in one night with 40 to 50 people they force fully make thair house in one night and the started living thair what should i do please help me i don't understand what should i do so please tell me any process that i can get back my land.

Your case has both civil and criminal remedies,so you complain about this first in jurisdictional police station and accordingly approach civil court in this regard.

sir so there is posiblity to get back my land and my family did both thing but they are living and continue construction and when we call police they stop it after some time the start it again in night.. can i make them out side till case continue.

1) Certainly u can get back ur land, but time consuming due to involvement of various extraneous factors.
2) Immediately bring restraint order against trespassers by engaging a senior civil advocate in ur area.
