PLEASE HELP, I m in Distress

I have worked for two months in an organization and have not got even one month's salary till date. The firm employs around 40 people but there is no PF deduction for anyone.

Is there any law which can help me getting my salary? I have worked very hard and do not want to go unpaid. Please help.

Did you demand in  writing, if yes, send legal notice through your lawyer.
